2. Cancellation & Prepayment

3. Damage Deposit
- A refundable deposit of £100 is charged 14 days prior to arrival via credit card.
- Refunded within 7 days post check-out, subject to room inspection.
- Partial/full retention may apply in cases of:
- Property damage
- Missing or broken items
- Excessive cleaning
- Unauthorized guests or pets
- Breach of rules
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Keep the room and property in good condition
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Comply with occupancy limits
- The lead guest must be 18+ and responsible for all guests in the booking
- No unauthorized visitors are allowed
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed at Woodman Inn.
6. Children and Beds

7. Smoking Policy
